This fast-casual concept transports the flavors of the French Quarter to South Florida. Known for their "competition-style" barbecue, the menu features meats slow-smoked over pecan, oak, and hickory wood, paired with signature sides like corn pudding and Gris-Gris greens. The South Florida locations serve as local hubs for Mardi Gras energy, offering a distinct alternative to traditional Southern BBQ chains.
How We Helped
One of our first clients, we ran a full scale social media campaign promoting the launch of the threes first South Florida locations. In addition, we rolled out all in-store signage, OOH initiatives, and promotional contests.
